It's been a tough week for Pink who had to cancel three Sydney shows from her Beautiful Trauma world tour due to illness.
And while she's had plenty of support from well-wishers, some fans haven't reacted well to the cancellations.
'I'm all for her getting better considering she is sick but it's ridiculous that you can cancel a concert with the door scheduled to open right now!," one concertgoer wrote. "Surely you knew she wasn't well. Already on the train on the way out there."
"I get that Pink is sick but how are they allowed to cancel a show half an hour before doors open," wrote another. "We have family friends with us and it was her daughters first concert and now we are both hysterically crying and through my tears I'm trying to cheer up a heartbroken 5 year old."
Pink cancelled her first show on Friday on doctor's orders, just a day after her husband, Carey Hart, flew back to the United States. The singer was then admitted to Sydney's St. Vincent's Hospital on Sunday night suffering from dehydration, but was treated and discharged. She was then readmitted on Monday and diagnosed with a gastric virus and spent the night in hospital.
Until now, singer has remained relatively quiet on the latest cancellation and has relied on her promoter Live Nation to give health updates. But now Pink has subtly responded to the backlash via social media.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed that the Grammy Award winner 'liked' a tweet by Adelaide radio host Melanie Usher, from Monday.
"Geez - don't fall sick on a concert tour of Oz. First we love [Pink] then we turn on her for cancelling two shows due to illness. A performer is not a robot and they fall sick too. Give her a break and stop complaining about two concerts which ARE going to be rescheduled."
While Pink's latest response was subtle, she hasn't held back in the past. When an Australian publication ran photos of the star at on the beach at Byron Bay with her family on the day she cancelled a concert, the 38 year-old posted a scathing response to Instagram.
"I don't need to clear this up, but out of respect for my fans I will attempt it," she wrote. "I scheduled this tour meticulously, trying to do what was best for my children, while also putting on the best and most physically demanding and beautiful show of my life. This break in Byron has been scheduled since 2017, as a way to get outside the hotel and the winter and have some time with my children.
"I've already been sick twice (kids as well) on this Australian tour, but the first time we got sick, I was able to push through. This time, what these parasite paparazzi don't show you, is two doctor visits in Byron on two consecutive days, antibiotics, steroids, Vicks, nose spray, throat spray, more steroids, NyQuil, a screaming baby in the middle of the night, every night, while mama gives him warm baths and tells her daughter everything is fine.
"You can think whatever you want, it's your right, but I have never taken advantage of any one in my entire life. I have never f----d off while disrespecting hard working people who spend money to come see me play. I have never phoned in a single tour, I have an impeccable record for not cancelling.
"I mother with everything I have whilst handling all the rest. The snark in this is unbelievable and makes me long for a nicer world. I'm doing the absolute best I can, and you can believe it or not.
"What they don't show you in this picture is me drinking water and lying down while my friends try to entertain my 7 year old who is asking me why these creepy men are surrounding us and pacing back and forth and taking pictures of her every move. I will see everyone tomorrow whether I'm better or not, and the postponed show will be rescheduled. As I said, I'm sorry to the real fans who this situation has affected. Onwards and upwards.
The singer is scheduled to play three New Zealand concerts at the beginning of September.
