Thanks to Samantha Swire, who posted these video clips onto Youtube a couple of days ago, the whole world can now enjoy these vintage vids of 12-year-old Ryan dancing his heart out!
Samantha says she used to dance with Ryan before his Mickey Mouse Club fame – and as you can see from the videos, he had undeniable charisma onstage, even at that young age!
The first video shows him doing his best Elvis impression as he shimmies and shakes to ‘Hound Dog’, while the second can only be described as all the best parts of the ’90s rolled into one – from the MC Hammer pants to the aerobics-friendly dance moves.
There’s also a third video showing Ryan and a troupe of girls dancing to the Motown classic ‘Do You Love Me’, for those who want to get their complete Gosling fix!
As you might expect, Ryan isn’t taking the old videos too seriously. He posted a response on his Twitter account over the weekend, joking that he obviously “peaked early”.
