It’s still a man’s world in Hollywood, but some actresses have been raking in the big bucks for their work during this past year.

Gravity star Sandra Bullock has risen straight to the top of the list with earnings of $51 million. It might be less than the $75 million pocketed by Robert Downey Jr (Forbes‘ top earning actor for the same period), but it’s definitely not anything to scoff at!

Sandra isn’t the only one who’s enjoying a career peak. Click through to see the other actresses making Forbes‘ rich list.

It’s no surprise Jennifer Lawrence is in the second spot. Not only is she an Oscar-winning actress, her movies make plenty of bank at the box office too. Starring roles in The Hunger Games and the X-Men movies have helped to catapult Jennifer’s earnings to $34 million. Image: Christopher Polk
