Sylvester Stallone’s three darling girls, Sistine, 18, Scarlet, 14, and Sophia, 20, are about to take on their biggest role yet as the Miss Golden Globes come Sunday night’s highly anticipated awards show.

While they’re certainly not the first Hollywood offspring to take the stage – Rumer Willis, Dakota Johnson and Greer Grammer are among a few of Tinseltown’s finest’s daughters before them to assume the position – it’s no doubt going to be a proud moment for the Rocky star and his model wife Jennifer Flavin.

The announcement was made as the trio posed cheerfully alongside host Jimmy Fallon at a preview day for the ceremony on Thursday, January 4 at the Beverly Hilton hotel where the awards are set to take place this weekend.

“We all started screaming and jumping up and down, music blasting, dogs barking,” student Sophia, told The Hollywood Reporter of their reaction to receiving the role.

“We didn’t think we would get it.”

Sylvester’s angels!

The role of Miss Golden Globe entails escorting presenters and awards winner to and from the stage, all the while looking fabulous.

As for what the sisters will be wearing, the trio tell People that they’ll likely opt for classic black.

“I think we’re all going to have the same color scheme so we match in that department but each have a different style that complements our body shape and incorporates each of our individual personalities in each look,” says Sistine.

The trio have grown up so gracefully in the spotlight.

While the trio are, of course, ecstatic to be given such a highly sought-after honour, their only concern is staying upright.

“I think that the one I’m most nervous for is tripping but hopefully we’ll have some comfortable shoes that will solve the problem,” 18-year-old Sistine quips.

The eldest shares the same sentiment: “I’m planning on wearing some damn good heels so I don’t fall over. I think out of everyone, Scarlet will trip… We call her the baby giraffe.”
