Sally Ridge, along with her partner businessman Warren Fenning have new careers planned as real estate agents.
The New Zealand Herald reported the couple are currently studying towards their National Certificates in Real Estate.
Real estate company, Bayleys, has confirmed that once the pair are registered agents, they intend to work out of the firm’s Ponsonby office.

Property developer, Warren Fenning, told the New Zealand Herald he was looking forward to the career change.
“We are still doing our papers, but we are very excited”.
Carita Fenning, the successful real estate maven and Warren’s ex-wife, said she is behind her former husband’s move into the competitive world of real estate.
“I fully support him and think he will do well, because he is a natural salesman,” she told the New Zealand Herald.
High profile real estate mogul, Graham Wall, commented that, while Sally’s media profile would be a plus, becoming a success in her new chosen profession would require her to be in top form.
