The Avengers: Age of Ultron film is one of the most anticipated releases of the year, and the star-studded cast have been on a whirlwind press tour promoting the film around the globe.
However, a recent interview with Britain’s Channel 4 ended in awkwardness as the interviewer, Krishnan Guru-Murphy, began asking increasingly personal questions of star Robert Downey Jr.
Robert, 50, looked visibly uncomfortable as Krishnan began delving into the actor’s troubled past, touching on his time in jail, his relationship with his father, and an old quote about his personal political beliefs.
“I’m sorry, what are we doing?” Robert asked, before getting up and walking out of the interview.
“You seem okay, it’s just getting a little Diane Sawyer,” he said to Krishnan before walking out of the room.
