Miranda Kerr has implied she and soon-to-be husband Evan Spiegel are waiting until they get married to consummate their relationship.
In a new interview with The Times, the supermodel said that she wasn’t using birth control.
When asked if she wanted another baby (the former Victoria’s Secret Angel is already a proud mum to six-year-old son Flynn with ex Orlando Bloom), Miranda said: “Not yet. Not until after we get married. My partner is very traditional.”
“We can’t … I mean, we’re just … waiting,” she continued.
Miranda and Evan announced their engagement in June last year, after having first met in 2014.
While Snapchat founder Evan, 26, may be the world’s youngest self-made billionaire, Miranda describes her fiancé as “a very traditional man”.
“When he comes home, he likes to sit down and have dinner together, and catch up on our day,” she revealed in a radio interview with Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O last year.
“He doesn’t stay out late, he works. He works from like … He leaves the house at sometimes 5.30 in the morning, gets home at about 8,” Miranda said.
Miranda was previously married to ex-hubby Orlando from 2010 – 2013, before the pair parted ways amicably. The Pirates of the Caribbean actor is now loved up with popstar Katy Perry, but the pair are still on friendly terms as they co-parent Flynn.
Speaking to TV Week in November, the brunette beauty joked about the idea of Orlando and Katy packing up and moving to Australia with Miranda and Evan.
“I can’t really imagine [Orlando] wanting to live on a farm. Can you imagine? Him and Katy Perry and me and Evan all in Australia on a farm?
“We’re all close, though … we’re a modern family,” she continued.
And while baby plans may be on hold for the time being, that doesn’t mean the statuesque stunner isn’t excited about expanding her family in the future – as she told [Stellar] magazine last year, she was “very content with just having one [child], but I am definitely open to the possibility of having more.”
