Michael J Fox transported Coldplay’s audience back in time when he stepped on stage to lead a tribute to his Back to the Future movie trilogy.
The star – who suffers from Parkinson’s Disease – joined the top-selling UK band at their recent New Jersey show.
With guitar in hand, Fox launched into versions of Earth Angel and Johnny B. Goode, from his time-travelling movie trilogy from the 1980s.
The collaboration happened at the request of Moses Martin, the son of Coldplay front man, Chris Martin.
In a touching video beamed across the stadium, the 10-year-old told the crowd Back to the Future was both his and his dad’s favourite movie.
