It’s the first Monday in May, or Tuesday for us over here in New Zealand, and that means it is time for the annual Met Gala, where some of the most notable names in fashion, entertainment and culture all dress up in their finest garb to raise funds for the iconic museum.
This years theme is ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty’ to honour the late German designer and the mark he made on the house of Chanel during his decades there, as well as the lasting legacy he left at Chloé, Fendi and his own label.
