Silver Ferns star Maria Tutaia couldn’t look any happier in her latest Instagram snap, and it’s easy to see why!
The 29-year-old just announced her engagement to Wallabies rugby star Israel Folau on Instagram, with an adorable selfie featuring her sparkly new ring.
The sporty power couple started dating in February, and after a whirlwind romance Israel whisked Maria off to on a romantic long weekend getaway where he popped the question.
Rumours of a relationship began when Maria shared a photo of Israel in action during a rugby game with the caption ‘bae’. Israel later returned the favour, posting a glammed-up photo of Maria at an event with the caption “WCE” (‘woman crush everyday’) and a heart-eyed emoji.
