The disturbing pictures show the actress on a beach being held back by Egor after throwing his mobile phone from their car.
According to reports, the Mean Girls star became enraged after reading a suspicious text on Egor’s phone.
Pictures of the violent incident, reports the Daily Mail, were taken on the Greek Island of Mykonos last month.
While Lindsay was reluctant to go into detail about the fight, she told the Daily Mail that the situation had gotten out of control because of Egor’s drinking.
“Egor drank too much and he went crazy” she said.
Lindsay, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday on the romantic getaway island, had been dating her Russian lover for seven months – and had only just got engaged.
This incident took place just two weeks after police were forced to smash their way into the star’s London apartment.
Neighbours report being woken by Lindsay shouting: “He just strangled me. He almost killed me.”
She added: “Do it. I dare you again. You’re F!!!!!!! crazy. You sick f!!!. You need help. It’s my house get out of my house.”
While police attended the London incident, no arrests were made.
Of her latest altercation with her Russian boyfriend, the Daily Mail reports the star has said the relationship was over.
“I realise now you can’t stay in a relationship just for love. No woman can be hit and stay with that person if that person isn’t prepared to say sorry.”
