It looks like Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are giving their love a second chance!
According to TMZ, on Wednesday morning (US time) Khloe’s lawyer Laura Wasser successfully petitioned a Los Angeles judge to dismiss the couple’s divorce filing. Lamar Odom signed from his hospital bed on Tuesday, so the file is now officially dead.
“This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold,” a source told People.
“So that’s what she is doing.”
The news comes after Lamar woke up from a four-day coma after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last week. He was airlifted to a Las Vegas hospital and Khloe immediately dropped everything to stay by his bedside as he fought to regain consciousness.
The couple first tied the knot in September 2009 after a whirlwind courtship, but Khloe filed for divorce four years later amidst rumours of Lamar’s infidelity and alleged drug relapse. In July this year, both Khloe and Lamar finally signed the divorce papers, but the judgement hadn’t yet been entered into the court – so they were still legally married at the time of Lamar’s shocking hospitalisation.
In July, shortly after they both signed the divorce papers, Khloe gave a revealing interview to Complex admitting that she missed her estranged husband deeply.
“Oh my god, I miss him every day,” she told the magazine.
““I miss what we had—things we got to do together are just memories. I like looking back and holding on to that stuff.”
