Top celebrity stylist Monica Rose has revealed Spanx, is the brand of choice, her high profile clients use when they make an appearance on the red carpet.
“I use a lot of Spanx – that’s definitely my go-to brand,” she told InStyle.
But, while using shapewear to smoothe out any lumps or bumps, isn’t a new thing, Monica said there’s only one specific Spanx undergarment she uses to ensure her A-listers look absolutely perfect.

“I use the high-waist ones that go all the way down to the calf. If you do the one that’s short, it always leaves a line, so I always use the longer ones.”

Given that it’s Monica’s job to create the most camera-friendly looks for the celebrities she dresses, it would be fair to say she probably knows what she’s talking about.
Monica recommends swapping out shorter Spanx styles, for high-waisted, capri-length ones, whenever your outfit permits.
