If I were a billionaire, I would…
Open a massive health and fitness centre with a cardio centre, pool, gym area, hair salons, massage, and café. And I would make it free access to everything and all services so that people could just come in and do things that would make them leave feeling like a million dollars.
Top of my bucket list is…
To drive a team of husky dogs in Alaska. How incredible would that be?!
Advice to my younger self:
Don’t sweat the small stuff. Life is like a big game of snakes and ladders – sometimes you are climbing and sometimes you take a slide, but ultimately it is just a game, and it’s all about having as much fun and enjoying the moments as much as possible.
The top 3 pieces of advice I have ever been given are:
1 From my mum – smile and nobody knows what you are thinking.
2 If you can’t fix it, then forget it.
3 Thoughts become things – choose the good ones.
If I could live off one food it would be:
Roasted boneless chicken thighs
Typical week:
My partner and I are both performance nutritionists so we work from home a lot of the time, meaning we get to spend so much time with our gorgeous little girl. So the ‘Big 3’, as we refer to ourselves, do nearly everything together, which is priceless.
I get up every day between 4.30 and 5.30am as I can get a head start on the day. I sneak past my daughter’s room, as she’ll want to join me if she knows I’m up, and head downstairs for my water and dash of lemon essential oil. I make a mushroom coffee drink then head to the office; yep, I’m still in my PJs.
If it’s Warriors day, I’m getting ready to head to the club to work with the players on their body measurements.
My most watched movie is…
Dirty Dancing
I’d describe my style as…
Sporty blended with a little crazy topped with a smidge of I have no idea of what I am actually doing.
Most of my time is taken up by…
My beautiful new family.
My heroine:
Jem and The Holograms
My favourite day of the week is…
Monday. I always feel like it’s a fresh start, and I have all these exciting opportunities lying in front of me.
