It was disco fever when pop star sisters Kylie and Dannii Minogue took to the stage in The X Factor grand final last night.
In their first Aussie television reunion in three decades, the singing siblings dazzled in matching mirror dresses, performing an infectious disco track, 100 Degrees.
The song is from Kylie’s new album, Kylie Christmas.
The last time the talented sisters performed together in Australia was in 1986. Their parents were in the audience to watch their girls’ momentous performance.
Kylie said sharing the stage with her little sister was a “very special moment”.
Social media was abuzz with Aussies sharing their delight at the Minogues’ duet.
“Holy Minogue that was bloody fantastic,” Dale Roberts posted.
“I love Kylie and Dannii separately but together OMG. My glitter-o-meter just blew up,” tweeted @RBFBeauty.
Cyrus Villanueva, 19, from Wollongong, won The X Factor competition.
