The rumour mill has gone into overdrive after reports emerged that after almost 20 years, David and Victoria Beckham have gone their separate ways – at least, when it comes to business.
Shocking documents uncovered by Radar Online allegedly reveal that on December 10 of 2014, David secretly resigned as a company director of Victoria Beckham, Ltd.
The former footballer is said to have stepped down after six years at the forefront along with the CEO Robert Dodds and, of course, Victoria herself.
On the same day of David’s resignation, the company’s “entire issued share capital was transferred to” its parent company, Beckham Brand Holdings, Ltd., ensuring David, Victoria and Robert were each reissued with an equal share of one third, according to RadarOnline.
The official documents – which were filed in the United Kingdom last year also revealed that the contracts related to the David Beckham brand were then moved to his sister company, DB Ventures Limited, which is specifically “focused on exploiting the David Beckham brand” without any involvement of his wife Victoria.

The parents-of-four are both directors and shareholders of Beckham Brand Holdings, of which DB Ventures is a sub-company.
“Beckham Brand Holidings Limited is the ultimate parent company of both Victoria Beckham and DB Ventures Limited. This is controlled equally by Victoria Beckham, David Beckham and XIX Management UK Limited,” the official documents explain.

Along with the couples recent “corporate restructuring of their individual companies”, the power couple have sold multiple properties around the globe, causing many to question the strength of their partnership, speculating that the duo could be in the process of dividing their assets.
In May 2014, the couple sold their Hertfordshire estate in southern England, then they listed their picturesque mansion in Madrid, and more recently in October last year, their French villa on the Cote d’Azur hit the market for a cool $5.65 million.

But while the vicious divorce rumours continue to circle the power couple, it’s business as usual for Brand Beckham.
In a recent interview with Grazia, the mum of Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, Cruz, 10, and Harper, four, said, “I have never listened to, or commented on, the rumours about any aspect of my life.”
“I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children.”
And to further solidify their strong bond, just recently Victoria’s handsome hubby spoke of his utter adoration for his “amazing” wife on Mother’s Day.
“17 years ago our brood started and these little ones have the most amazing mummy that they love so much … And I love her for many reasons but the main one is because she gave me the most amazing children … Happy mama’s day as the little ones would say.”
The Beckhams are a close-knit family and often step out together at red carpet events.
