New Zealand duo Broods have hit it big with their first performance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, wowing the US audience with their rendition of the hit single ‘Free’.

The brother-sister team from Nelson pulled off their big moment with aplomb, delivering a stirring performance that featured singer Georgia Nott front and centre on lead vocals.

The musical siblings have been performing together since they were young, but in recent years they’ve gained fame and fans as the act Broods.

Georgia and her older brother, Caleb, have a very big fan backing them in super producer Joel Little, the man behind Lorde’s debut album Pure Heroine.

With several New Zealand Music Awards under their belt (including Best Pop Album and Album of the Year at least year’s ceremony), Broods are setting their sights on conquering the US market.

Their Late Late Show appearance marks the band’s first televised performance of ‘Free’, which is taken from their upcoming album Conscious.
