They’re both tall, brunette reality beauties who have copped more than their fair share of online criticism, so it all made perfect sense when we spotted Married at First Sight Australia star Tracey Jewel on a girly date in the City of Sails with Real Housewives of Auckland babe Angela Stone.
The Kiwi style guru, 46, was a guest of honour at the Perth-based self-help author’s book launch, but before that, they traded tales over green tea and made plans to meet up at a Tony Robbins conference in Sydney later this year.
Tracey, 35, told Woman’s Day, “We have so much in common – we’ve been emailing nonstop. I thought that I had it bad, but she was bullied so much worse on Housewives.”
Angela adds, “I was obsessed with Tracey on MAFS. I cried when she cried. When I found out she was coming to New Zealand, I knew I had to meet her. We talked a lot about online trolls, which we’ve both found traumatising. And I discovered she’s got a diamond tattoo, which has been my logo for four years now. We’re clearly both on the same page!”
