Britney Spears is considering filing a restraining order against her mother Lynne. The troubled pop singer was spotted visiting her lawyer last week to enquire about the order, her mum’s suggestion that she check back into rehab. Lynne was also reported to have sided with Britney’s ex-husband Kevin Federline during the pair’s custody battle over their two children Sean Preston and Jayden James. If Britney decides to go through with the restraint then Lynne will not be allowed near Britney or her children. [28 June 2007]
