Sources say Tara Reid has had another boob job – but this time, she’s reduced rather than inflated. The `American Pie’ actress is recovering at home after she allegedly had surgery at a Beverly Hills clinic to replace her implants with smaller ones in an attempt to resurrect her sagging chest. A source claims that when Tara had the recent operation, she also had work done to remove unsightly marks on her stomach, caused by an earlier liposuction procedure. After constant denial she had surgically enhanced her bust, the party girl finally admitted last year that she had gone under the knife. She said at the time, “Everyone does it. I don’t know why I’m the one who gets so much attention.” [20 September 2006]
