Kooky performer Lady Gaga has allegedly applied for a restraining order against a Russian fan after receiving some disturbing correspondence.
The New York-based fan, a student called Anastasia obukhova, apparently sent the ‘Paparazzi’ singer a letter. “You come to my dreams,” the letter said. “I want to die and I want to die together with you. I am not Mark Chapman. It is not only you who will die. I will shoot a bullet through my head, too.”
Mark Chapman shot John Lennon outside his New York apartment in 1980, and was jailed for 25 years.
According to reports, the fan has been warned to stay away from Lady Gaga after the star sought legal measures to protect herself.
