Katie Holmes is heartbroken after the tragic death of her brother-in-law. Joseph Jeffrey Fretti, the husband of Katie’s eldest sister Tamera, died of heart failure in his Florida home at the age of 48. Katie is expected to attend his funeral at her family home in ohio today (oonday 20 April).
