Jennifer Aniston has unleashed a team of lawyers threatening legal action in an attempt to stop topless photos of her being published. The `Friends’ star ordered her legal team to warn the world’s media outlets that they face lawsuits if they buy snapshots of the actress sunbathing topless in her home that are in circulation. The letter from Jennifer’s attorney reads: “If you are approached and offered the right to acquire and publish (any) of the photographs, please inform the undersigned of the name and contact information of any person or persons who are offering to sell or license any of the photographs. Publication of the photographs would not only expose you to substantial damages but you will also be held liable for the embarrassment and emotional distress caused to os. Aniston by such publication.” Jennifer is probably suffering deja-vu – in 2002, she settled a long-running lawsuit against an American publishing company which ran photos of her sunbathing topless in her backyard.
