Pink has revealed how much hard work she put into losing the 25kg she gained while pregnant.

So many celebrities make it seem effortless to lose their baby weight, but pop star Pink has revealed how much hard work she put into losing the 25kg she gained while pregnant.

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Pink, who gave birth to her daughter Willow Sage last June, said her typical exercise routine was two hours long and included one hour of cardio and an additional hour of strength-training or yoga.

Pink also revealed that while her diet is often vegan, with no animal products, she occasionally dines on chicken and fish. The 32-year-old also confided that she felt like “a mess” after giving birth.

Pink worked hard to lose weight after her pregnancy

“I thought I’d feel like a goddess,” says Pink. “They sell you on that s**… like you’ll never feel more feminine. Really, I just felt like a mess.” But the So What* singer can see the funny side of things.

“I kind of enjoyed [the change in her body shape] too,” she said. “Hell yeah, I gained 55lbs (25kg). I think my baby may be part cheesecake.”
