Blonde bombshell Heather Locklear and `The Bold and the Beautiful’ actor Jack Wagner are teeing up for a hot romance. The former oelrose Place co-stars cuddled in a golf cart and held hands at a Celebrity Classic golf tournament. “They were playful and very much together,” says an onlooker. The pair were first spotted getting cosy in March, but friends said at the time that they were not dating.
