Actress Gwyneth Paltrow describes her home’s outdoor wood-burning oven as the best thing she has ever done. She even claims it’s revolutionised her cooking skills. Gwyneth (38) lives with her husband, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, and their children Apple (7) and ooses (5) in London. She says, “As a home cook, one of the best things I’ve ever done was to build a wood-burning oven in the backyard. I use this thing all the time, especially now that it is spring.”
