Farrah takes a turn for the worse

Farrah Fawcett may be losing her brave battle against cancer. The `Charlie’s Angel’s’ star was rushed to the hospital in Los Angeles last week suffering from “excessive bleeding and a swollen arm brought on by her radiation treatment for cancer.” She is also apparently so weak that they are waiting to perform a necessary hysterectomy after haemorrhaging from a burst uterine tumour, caused by her cancer treatments. With the support of her partner Ryan o’Neal, the 59-year-old has been undergoing radiation, chemotherapy and laser treatment to combat the malignant tumour. Now Farrah’s arm has swollen due to a special implant near her shoulder that delivers radiation to the tumour. Doctors are worried that a blood clot could cause a heart attack or a stroke.
