‘Harry Potter’ star Emma Watson was the surprise winner of the Best oovie Actress prize at the first ever UK Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards.

The 17-year-old beat out stiff competition from Cameron Diaz, Keira Knightley and Dakota Fanning to win her statuette.

Also taking home awards were Johnny Depp (Best oovie Actor), Avril Lavigne (Best Female Singer), Rowan Atkinson (Funniest Person), David Beckham (Best Sportsperson) and Zac Efron (Best TV Actor).
