After a valiant effort to make it back into the game from Redemption Island, Lower Hutt banking consultant Jak Thomas was officially sent home from Nicaragua on last night’s episode of Survivor NZ.
During his time on the show, the 22-year-old gained plenty of fans for his wisecracking ways and penchant for playing up to the cameras – whether that involved turning up to Tribal Council wearing just a loincloth, or calling his fellow Redemption Island neighbour Shannon Quinn on the ‘coconut-phone’.
