Married at First Sight Australia favourite Cyrell Paule has shared an encouraging message to women who are struggling with their weight.

The mother-of-one, who shares a son with Love Island Australia star Eden Dally, took to Instagram to reveal she’s gained 8.5kg in recent months, but reminded her followers that weight fluctuation is a normal part of life.

“Every female’s fear,” she captioned a photo of herself standing on the scales. “Jumping on the scales especially when you’ve been hiding out during COVID.

“I see I’ve gained an extra 8.5kgs… must’ve been all the wines. But it was worth it. If you’re found you’ve gained some weight ladies, no problem!! It just means you’ve been enjoying yourself.”

The 32-year-old went on to reveal she copped nasty remarks from trolls after sharing the changes to her body, but said it was a reminder “we come in all different shapes and sizes”.

“The weight that I have gained may be little to others but big to me. This does not mean I don’t consider other people’s weight and size,” she continued.

“Please understand we all have our own insecurities and we are all made differently. I can’t believe [in] this day and age I have to explain why I put a picture up of my weight.”

Since welcoming her son Boston in February 2020, Cyrell has always been refreshingly candid about body positivity.

“The female body is amazing,” the reality star previously mused seven months after giving birth.

The MAFS alumni, who was dubbed “Cyclone Cyrell” on the show, also admitted she struggled with some of the changes pregnancy wreaked on her body but said she grew to accept all the changes.

“I love being confident in my own skin… pregnancy has been amazing but I won’t lie. I’ve had my days when I’ve hated it. My body, my skin and face were going through all these changes so fast,” she explained during her pregnancy.

Cyrell and Eden briefly split in October 2019 before rekindling, and they haven’t looked back.

“We’re focusing on being a great couple together and being great parents to our baby. At the end of the day, most families want to be together and not separated,” Cyrell said at the time.

“Because we didn’t have such a bad breakup, co-parenting and working it out together wasn’t something I was stressing about. The breakup was very simple.”
