Victoria and David Beckham’s marriage is under pressure yet again, as notorious cheating allegations between the footballer and his former personal assistant, Rebecca Loos, have been brought back into the limelight thanks to their bombshell Netflix documentary.
In the four-part series, which dropped on the streaming giant late last week, a teary Posh, 49, openly spoke about the pain she felt when David, 48, was rumoured to have had an affair with Rebecca 20 years ago.
“I can’t even begin to tell you how hard it was and how it affected me. It was a nightmare,” she says in the series.
“It was the most unhappy I have ever been in my entire life.”
Rebecca had said that she and Becks “couldn’t keep their hands off each other”.
Rebecca, 46, a former glamour model, began working with the Beckhams in 2003, and gained notoriety a year later when she recounted the steamy tryst she allegedly experienced with David, calling him an “amazing lover”.
“He knows how to please. He’s not afraid of a woman’s body. He seems to know what he’s doing,” she told the media at the time.
While Posh and Becks neither confirm nor deny the affair accusations, David says the ordeal left him unable to eat or sleep.
“I felt physically sick every day when I opened my eyes,” he tells. “I find it hard to talk about what I went through because it was so extreme. To walk down the street and see people look at you a certain way, spit at you, abuse you… that’s difficult.”

Victoria says she was “pissed off” when David told her he’d have to miss the birth of their son because he was shooting a Pepsi ad with Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez, the family’s docuseries reveals.
Vic recalls the conversation she had with David in 2005, when she was heavily pregnant with their third son, Cruz, that she’d organised a date for a C-section. However, her husband had a prior engagement.
“I was like, ‘I’m about to burst. I’m on bed rest. Are you kidding me?'” she recalls. “You’ve got a damn photoshoot with Jennifer Lopez, who is gorgeous and not about to have a baby.”
David almost missed Cruz’s birth due to an event with Bey and Jen.
While David did end up making it to the birth, Victoria says she was left irked when she awoke in hospital to a picture of the trio on the front page of a newspaper with the headline, “What would Posh say?”
“Let me tell you what Posh would say. Posh was pissed off!” she says.
