Taylor Swift has won two big awards in the early ‘Premiere Ceremony’ for the 58th Grammy Awards, including Best Pop Vocal Album for 1989 and Best Music Video for her hit ‘Bad Blood’.

While the star was unfortunately unable to make it for the afternoon ceremony, she did make a cameo of sorts on stage thanks to a phone call from producer Jack Antonoff, who put the singer on speakerphone while he accepted the award on her behalf.

“What! We won!” Taylor yelled enthusiastically, before name-dropping one of her fellow nominees.

“Is James Taylor there? Can you tell James Taylor I love him? Can someone who knows James Taylor tell him I love him?”

The star was absent from the first ceremony as she was in the middle of rehearsals for her performance at the evening Grammys show, where the biggest awards in the top four categories will be presented.

However, Taylor was clearly honoured to be given two major awards on the night. A video posted on Twitter showed the star’s reaction to winning the Grammy for Best Music Video alongside her ecstatic bestie Selena Gomez.
