Wow, what a catfight this week! To be honest, this was always coming – you can’t put a bunch of teenagers, some of whom have really strong personalities, in an intense situation like this without some kind of blow up.
I know Tyne has been annoying the others, but I like her – there’s something zany about her, and she’s certainly been through one of the most dynamic changes looks-wise. That said, she’s kicked things up in the house to the point where there’ll always be sides now. She needs to pull back.
Although I’m known to stand up for myself when I need to, I wasn’t like that when I first started modelling – at 16 years old, not many people are great diplomats! It’s a skill you have to learn.
I’ve been in situations like this before, and I’ve found that especially if you’re with a bunch of people on a long job, there are times you have to just be quiet and walk away if you want to stay in the running. Sometimes it’s right to stand up and fight – but it’s usually the messenger who will get shot!
AJ showed a new side to herself this week. She’s always been the happy-go-lucky kid everyone thinks is hilarious, but she showed she’s not afraid to put her foot down if you cross her.
While some of the models are learning, the weaker ones are showing. Briana is still very weak, and Amber simply isn’t strong enough in the competition.
I’m continually fascinated by Bianca, though – she’s like a flower that’s just beginning to bloom. It doesn’t matter that she makes some mistakes – what really matters is that she’s making progress.
