Kylie Jenner may be young, but she’s already got a flourishing business empire – and while her much-publicised cosmetics line may have come under attack this week, the reality star isn’t calling it quits any time soon.

In a fiery post shared on her website, Kylie wrote that she was “sick and tired of people coming for my business”.

“I love everything about Kylie’s Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy,” she said.

“I don’t want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologise to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn’t receive the service they deserve.”

The reality star’s makeup line Kylie Cosmetics officially launched earlier this year, after the Kylie Lip Kit (a lipstick and liner duo) sold out in less than one minute during its initial run back in December.

It now offers a variety of lip products in matte, glossy and metallic finishes, but the company has also been plagued with complaints about packaging, shipping and product issues.

According to the Better Business Bureau website, to date there have been a total of 134 closed complaints about Kylie Cosmetics.

“In May of 2016 BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants alleged that packages ordered were not delivered or only partially full when received.

“The company replied that because their product is shipped in highly recognisable packaging, they feel that packages are being vandalised or stolen,” the organisation states on its website.

“As of June 23, 2016 the pattern of complaint allegations continues.”

After initially giving Kylie Cosmetics an ‘F’ rating, the BBB changed its score to a ‘No Rating’. The reason, according to their website, is that Kylie Cosmetics “has been in business less than one year and does not have a sufficient track record for BBB to rate it”.
