The Tatums have proven they definitely know how to keep their marriage spicy.
Jenna Dewan Tatum isn’t shy about discussing her physical relationship with husband Channing Tatum, and recently opened up in a candid interview with [Cosmopolitan].
“We definitely have a very happy and healthy sex life,” the 36-year-old admits.
“Something about being a dancer connects you to your physical body. It’s primal, earthy, sexual energy by nature. You feel your body in a certain way.”
She says that “Channing is very much the same way. He’s very in tune with that.”
The couple who met on the 2006 dance flick Step Up recently celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary.
Jenna explained that despite the pair being instantly attracted to each other during filming, they were cautious about pursuing a relationship.
“It was two nights of being weird.”
“We hadn’t even kissed. And then he went out partying with a bunch of dancers,” she recalls. “His room was right above mine, and he came down drunk with a sombrero on, banging on my door.”
The brunette beauty also revealed that she had previously told her co-star Channing that he “didn’t seem ready” to be in a serious relationship but that he disagreed.
“He was like, ‘I couldn’t stop thinking about you. Let’s do this. I just want to be with you.”
“From that point forward, we were together.”
Three years ago the happy couple welcomed their first daughter Everly, and have plans to give their little girl a sibling.
“Yeah, yeah!” she said, when asked about having more children.
“I don’t know when, but we definitely want to.”
