Star Silver Ferns shooter Maria Tutaia shared her happy news on Instagram, but in this week’s mag we have the first pics of the lovebirds together as an engaged couple.

Her Trans-Tasman romance with Wallabies rugby hunk Israel Folau has gone from strength to strength since the couple went public back in February.

Shortly after meeting her future hubby, the Samoan beauty gushed, I’m in such a positive space and I’m so happy. I’ve learnt a lot about myself.”

Now the power couple – who each dominate in their respective sports – have their fairytale big day to look forward to.

Cat Glass and Jeremy Hill

The Block NZ can be a make or break experience for couples – but for Cat Glass and Jeremy Hill, who won the hearts of the nation on season four, it only made their romance stronger.

So to celebrate the Taranaki Twosome’s six-year anniversary, Jeremy had the perfect gift in mind – a ring, and not just any ring an exquisite engagement sparkler!

“We’ve been going out for so long, I’d sort of stopped waiting for it to happen,” says bride-to-be Cat, who was flawed by her beau’s romantic proposal.

But after first meeting in a New Plymouth night club six years ago, and sharing so many wonderful memories together – including battling through a gruelling 10-week renovation on the TV3 reality show – Jeremy says he knew it was the right time to finally pop the question.

“There’s been any doubt in my mind that one day I’d marry Cat,” he says. “Our anniversary felt like the perfect time to do it.”

The coupe say the secret to their happiness is friendship, communication and their knack for making each other laugh – and have every confidence their rock-steady relationship will survive the sometimes stressful task of planning a wedding!
