Reports that the star was expecting her second child with husband Nnamdi Asomugha, first hit the internet this week via E! News
The 39-year-old actress looked stunning in a Marc Jacobs gown as she cradled her stomach, while posing on the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
Pregnancy reports started swirling just days after she walked the red carpet at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, D.C over the weekend, wearing a flowing black dress.
The loose fitting garment and placement of her clutch were a big hint of a possible baby bump conceal.

The Scandal star and her husband already have one child together, two-year-old, Isabelle.
Following the birth of her daughter the actress told the Los Angeles Times: “I will say I feel really, really blessed. I just feel really blessed that I’m kind of living extraordinary dreams come true in my work life and in my personal life.”
The couple tied the knot in a secret wedding back in 2013.
