Brad Pitt’s Benjamin Button beauty secrets

Eyebrows arched and brows furrowed over the appearance of Brad Pitt at the Golden Globe Awards. Was the fresh-faced actor doing a real-life Benjamin Button?

How is it that the 52-year-old star looks barely a day older than he did 20 years ago?

Woman’s Day can reveal the three secret weapons behind Brad’s youthful looks – a chef, a skin guru and a nurse!

An insider tells us the World War Z actor has had “an entire image overhaul” in the past few months, starting with a top nutritionist who’s “put him on a wrinkle-busting diet filled with foods to help boost collagen, repair damaged skin and boost the skin’s outer layer”.

He’s eating heaps of salmon, walnuts and leafy greens, as well as drinking a special rooibos red-bush tea to protect the skin from premature ageing.

In addition, Brad’s also been having regular facials with celebrity skin guru Sonya Dakar, plus those controversial “vampire facials”, as featured in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, in which his own blood is injected into his face.

And to top it all off, our insider adds, “He’s started having daily IV drips administered by a nurse, and filled with various vitamins and minerals to help plump and smooth his skin, such as vitamin C and glutathione.”

Our revelations come as the Cambodian government denied rumours that Brad and his wife Angelina Jolie – who have a six-strong brood, including Cambodian-born son Maddox, 14 – are looking into adopting another child from the developing Southeast Asian nation.

But a source close to couple insists the adoption of a six-month-old baby boy is a work in progress, saying, “They’re hoping if everything runs smoothly, it could be finalised in a matter of weeks, as long as the mother doesn’t change her mind at the last minute, which is the only thing which could stop it from going ahead at this point.

“They’ve already started interviewing for a new nanny to add to their staff, to make sure they have enough help to look after the boy, and are excited to complete their brood.”
