Jonathan Rhys Meyers and his fiancee Mara Lane are going to be parents!
Mara announced the happy news through a series of stunning Instagram posts.
The first cute snap showed her sitting next to Santa comparing their considerable bumps.
Alongside the sweet shot, she mused, “#IncomingPackage best present. #ThankYouLord #SantaBelly”
In her second post, Mara shared a photo of herself lying on a netted hammock donning what she describes as her “official pregnancy dress”.
“I have worn this 1-2x a week every week for past 5 months. It was 3 euros in a charity shop in Ireland.”
Before uploading her final pic, another Christmas-themed snap, showing off her maternity style.
“Our other official prego wego dress,” she wrote, alongside the photo of herself standing next to a Christmas tree.
“Found in #Amsterdam #Noordermarkt for 15 euros. Every other day I dunno as I have other dresses but Baby likes these ones … is super conscious, connected & aware.”
She continued to share details of her pregnancy, admitting, “Has not let me eat much meat entire pregnancy either … has me thinking about things I’d rather live in ignorance to.”
Before concluding, “Angel alien baby about to rock my world I already know. I’m thankful for my soon to be best teacher and friend.”
Jonathan and Mara, who began dating in 2013 and were engaged the following year, had fans thinking they tied the knot earlier this year, after the actor’s partner changed her name on her Instagram profile to Mara & Toco Lane Rhys Meyers.
Fatherhood is no doubt something the 39-year-old is looking forward to, especially in light of his long battle with alcohol addiction.
The Bend it like Beckham star had been sober for four years before relapsing last year.

In a surprise move, he took to his partner’s Instagram to apologise to his fans.
“Mara and I are thankful for your support and kindness during this time. I apologise for having a minor relapse and hope that people don’t think too badly of me.”
He continued, “I am on the mend and thank well-wishers and sorry for my dishevelled appearance as I was on my way home from a friends and had not changed.”
“I feel I made a mistake and feel quite embarrassed but this was just a blip in my recovery otherwise I’m living a healthy life.”
