Troubled star Tara Reid has revealed she used to use alcohol to hide her shy nature when she first started making it in Hollywood. The actress told In Touch Weekly magazine, “When I went out, everyone always wanted to have a drink with me – because I was known as this fun, party girl. I became that person.” The behaviour resulted in a drinking problem which she has just spent 60 days in rehab trying to beat. The 33-year-old adds, “I have sleeping problems so I would drink to pass out and sleep. I was more of a night drinker… It was a difficult time in my life.”
