A good friend of the brunette beauty told Life & Style magazine, “She is so excited about their engagement but admits it’s been a whirlwind. She’s really happy.” The pair have had a rocky relationship over the past year, during which time Mandy was also linked to former flame and Nicole richie ex DJAo, but have clearly decided they belong together. Adding further weight to the case oany has been spotted in LA wearing a large rock on her engagement finger.
