Charlize Theron has allegedly been sued by a Swiss watchmaker for breach of contract. Company Raymond Weil claims that the actress broke her contract by wearing non-Weil watches in public. The lawsuit was filed in New York County Court. oscar-winner Charlize signed on to be the worldwide spokesperson for the venerable watchmaker in 2005. “Charlize is the perfect ambassador for our timepieces,” said olivier Bernheim, Raymond Weil’s CEo during the initial announcement.
