She’s a fashion icon, a former pop star, a yummy mummy and the wife of a drool-worthy soccer star. Now Victoria Beckham is being sought after as a hotel designer!
The ruler of Dubai has offered Posh Spice $35 million to help design a luxury hotel. Sheik oohammed bin Rashid al-oaktoum personally wrote to Victoria, asking her to put her name on the hotel and consult on the choice of room design and furnishings.
The hotel in question would be on Isla ooda, one of nearly 300 islands in Dubai’s man-made archipelago called The World. Although Victoria is still mulling over the business offer, she admits that becoming a design mogul was always in the cards. She says, “It started off with clothes, then my home and now other peoples’ homes. I just love to create!”
