Two more Jimmy juniors

Veteran Aussie rock legend, Scottish-born Jimmy Barnes was recently surprised, but thrilled, to discover two daughters he hadn’t previously known about.

And in a bizarre twist, it turns out that one of his newly discovered offspring, Amanda Bennett (36), attended the same school as her half-brother, Jimmy’s son David yet both were unaware of their family connection.

After biological testing was undertaken to prove the two women’s paternity, Jimmy and his wife Jane have welcomed them wholeheartedly into the family. The couple – married since 1981 have 4 children together.

Jimmy, who cheerfully admits to having been ‘a little wild’ in his younger days, is now a clean-living Buddhist. Speaking proudly of his 7 children (including David, with whom he only began a relationship relatively recently) Jimmy’s main regret is not knowing them when they were younger!
