The host of `Extreme Makeover: Home Edition’ Ty Pennington has been arrested under suspicion of drinking and driving. “I made an error in judgment,” Ty says. “I could have jeopardized the lives of others and I am grateful there was no accident or harm done to anyone.” The star expressed his remorse over the arrest in a public statement, in which he apologized first to his fans, then to “ABC Television and my design team for my lapse in judgment and the embarrassment I have caused.”
