Not learning from an accident earlier this year, Tori Spelling’s husband Dean ocDermott has taken a second fall and landed himself in intensive care.
The 43-year-old reality star is in hospital after a dirt-biking crash caused his lung to collapse. “He’s in a lot of pain,” says Tori has she keeps vigil by his hospital bed.
Dean was out with two friends when the serious crash occurred. Unable to move and bleeding heavily, he was taken straight to accident and emergency, but is expected to make a full recovery. Updating his Twitter profile from his hospital bed, Dean says “Thanks for the well wishes. A collapsed lung is no fun, and is a lengthy heal. Feeling pretty bad today. Day 2 is always the worst.”
So will he be risking life and limb to go bike riding again? Not if Tori has anything to do with it. “He’s taking this as a sign and realising family is too important to risk his life,” she says.
