Tom Cruise has been accused of having a hand in the removal of Katie Holmes’ sex scene from her latest movie. When `Thank You For Smoking’ was shown at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah recently, insiders blamed Tom when they noticed the absence of Katie’s sex scene – which was in the movie when it was screened at the Toronto Film Festival in Canada last year. Director Jason Reitman assured reporters at the Sundance Festival the romp was cut due to a “technical glitch,” before adding, “If you want to see a sex scene with Katie Holmes, rent The Gift.” Katie, who is engaged and pregnant to Tom, appeared topless in the 2000 movie.
