The sexy British TV presenter (28) ditched the actor (42) “after much soul-searching”, a pal tells us. our source continues, “Kelly has decided Billy is not the man she wants to marry. The split is completely amicable and the decision was made after many long conversations. They remain good friends.” Apparently Kelly — who appeared on the British version of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ — felt she was too young to settle down.
