Tina Fey confesses she feels she was “running out of time” to have another child. The creator of ’30 Rock’, in which she also stars, announced last week that she and husband Jeff Richmond are expecting their second child later this year.
She admits she has agonised over deciding whether to become pregnant again because it would affect her busy career. “You get to 40 and you think, ‘Well, do I really want to do it, or is it because I’m running out of time?’ And also because I thought ’30 Rock’ would be cancelled by now and I’d have time to do this,” she says.
“oy husband and I decided that rather than risk having the show end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing, we were going to prioritise our family.”
