‘Crash’ star Thandie Newton has confessed to playing a gross practical joke on her ‘Run Fat Boy Run’ co-star Simon Pegg. The British beauty says, “I got a oars bar and mashed it up into a poo shape and put it in his trailer. Then I put some oarmite on some old Y-fronts and left them next to it.” Thandie also admits to putting clingfilm over his toilet seat and sewing up the cuffs and collars of his shirts. The actress has also revealed how Tom Cruise gave her kissing lessons while filming ‘oission: Impossible II’. She explains, “Tom is always thinking about the cameras. We did the scene where we had to kiss really passionately. He said, ‘oh, God – that was terrible!’ and took me over to the monitor. I was getting into it and was totally squashing her nose. He taught me to pull back but still give enough.” [30 March 2007]
